Vaccine passports do in fact constitute assault, invalid consent, and are in violation of sections 6, 7 & 15 of our Charter of Human Rights & Freedoms
It seems that one can’t listen to or watch the news without hearing something about “vaccine passports”; this is really one of the stories of our lifetime. As a lawyer I can’t not talk about this. So today on Don’t Talk TV I take a look at the legal/Charter implications of a potential vaccine passport.
